Use of our Site is subject to all of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not, or cannot agree to both, please stop using the Site immediately.
You may only use our Site for your own personal use or, if you are a business user, for legitimate business comparison purposes.
Our comparison Services are free to use. If you purchase a product or service via a third party through our Site, we may receive a fee or commission from the relevant third-party provider, but we shall not charge you in any way. Any payment for the products or services of third party providers are transferred directly to the relevant provider, and we have no control over it.
You are solely responsible to ensure that any product or service you choose meets your needs and need to conduct your own due diligence.
If you purchase a product or service through our Site, you should carefully read the provider’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy as it will differ from ours, and we shall not be responsible for any discrepancies or violations in services provided by third parties.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, set forth the general Terms and Conditions (also mentioned as “Terms”) that apply to your access and use of all Financer.com products and Services (together, the “Financer.com Services” or “Services”), that are made available through our Sites including but not limited to all content and Services provided in the domain Financer.com, as well as through certain downloadable mobile applications or platforms that are authorized by Financer.com for providing our Services (together, the “Site”, or “Website”). “Financer.com” includes Financer.com Limited and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents.

By using or accessing the Financer.com Services you confirm that you meet the requirements provided herein and agree to these Terms, according to their latest updated version.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

If you access and use our Site, you agree to be bound by and act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not, or cannot, agree to these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to access and use the Site and you should immediately stop using or accessing the content. If you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, your right to access and use the Site will cease immediately.

Our Services

Financer.com is primarily a comparison Service that can be used to compare different financial services or products based on different available information. On our comparisons, we can provide information such as contact info, interest rates, ratings, reviews and product descriptions among others. Other parts of our Service may also include, but not limited to financial news, general or specific financial information, saving tips, educational programs, reward programs, incentivized contests and more.

Our educational programs may be free or subscription-based. The subscription-based educational programs that we provide are under the commercial name “Financer Academy”, “Financer Courses” or simply “Academy”.

The subscription to the Academy becomes effective upon placement of an order and will continue to be in effect until terminated in accordance with the disclaimers presented on the subscription information pages, or in the official terms page.

The subscription will renew automatically on the same time interval of the original subscription plan, unless if cancellated in advance. To avoid being charged automatically, you must cancel your subscription before your current subscription or your free trial ends. Cancellation can be done on the user’s profile page, or by sending an email to [email protected].

Financer.com does not offer refunds for payments made on a re-occurrent subscription plan after it’s renewal date.

If you cancel your subscription after your subscription is paid, you will continue to have access until the end of the subscription period and will not be billed for the next billing cycle.

Failure to comply with our Terms may result in your subscription being suspended by Financer.com.

In addition to the refund policies set forth above, if you have a right of withdrawal under the relevant laws in your country including any applicable European Union laws, then you have a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days. You may withdraw your subscription with the Academy Services, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in this clause. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day that your subscription become effective. However, you do not have a right of withdrawal if the Services have already been fully or partially delivered and consumed by you or any other user who has been using your account.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, that will be provided by you to the following email [email protected].

The Financer.com Services may also include, access to third-party rewards programs; platforms that enable users to locate and contact 3rd party financial services, as well as professionals, such as third party experts, advocates, and advisors, who can provide various services; discussion forums, community forums, bulletin boards, review services, and forums in which users may ask questions of third party advisors; and platforms that enable users to apply to pre-qualify for certain credit card or loan offers.

We try to provide accurate information for each service shown on our Site, but you understand that we are not liable if such information is not accurate. You have the obligation to conduct your own due diligence from several internal and external sources for each service you are considering as a customer.

In order to get a financial product result through our comparison Service, you may be required to provide certain information, such as by choosing specific search parameters or by answering questions. The information that you give will determine the products or services available to you. You must get permission from any other person/company whose details you propose to use in requesting a financial product, before you provide us with any of their information. This applies to all information that you provide. In submitting any other person’s details, you are confirming to us that you have their permission to do so, and that they understand how their information will be used. You are solely responsible to ensure that you answer all questions honestly and that all information you enter onto Financer.com is true, accurate and complete.

We have taken every reasonable step to make sure the information contained in this Site is accurate and up to date. However, we can accept no liability for any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to add, amend or delete information from this Site at any time. Whilst we take every reasonable step to counteract viruses and other things with contaminating or destructive properties, we can give no warranty that this Site and its content are free from viruses or anything else that has such contaminating or destructive properties.

We are not responsible for any commentary, opinions, ratings or other postings on our Site by any third party.

Contests

Any incentivized rewards or referral programs (also referred to as “Contests”, “Sweepstakes”, “Referrals”, “Competitions” or “Giveaways”) are governed by the following rules, numbered from 1 to 25:
1. Each statement or provision is binding and is mentioned as “rule”. All of the rules collectively constitute a subset of the official terms. Under those terms, “you” refers to you as the “participant” (also mentioned as “entrant”) of the giveaway who willingly chose to take part in it by agreeing to the terms first. To agree to become a participant you need first to read, understand, comply, accept and follow all of the mentioned terms. “Financer.com email lists”, “Financer.com News”, “Financer News List”, or simply “News” or “Newsletters” refers to our email lists, as described in more detail at term number 24, and in our Privacy Policy. There may be multiple winners in each contest. The terms that apply for each winner will apply to all winners.
2. The promotion is in no way associated with, administered by, or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, Amazon or any other company other than Financer.com Limited (regardless of the platform the promotion is held at). By participating in promotion, you acknowledge a complete release of Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Financer.com Limited or any other businesses’ employees, investors, stakeholders and partners from any and all liability in regard to your participation.
3. The promoter is Financer.com Limited
4. The promoter reserves the right to assign the entire promotion and all its associated legal and operational responsibilities to business entities/individuals who are active partners or collaborators with the promoter. In such a case where the contest is organized by such a partner, the promoter is completely released of any legal or operational responsibilities associated with the promotion.
5. The competition is open to all adult residents, of all UN-recognized nations, unless there’s a legal requirement, rule, directive, legislation or jurisdiction of any form or from any authority that forbids or limits the participation. It is your own responsibility to consult your legal authorities and get informed if you are allowed to participate in the contest or participate in any type of Services provided by Financer.com and its affiliated companies or partners.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.
7. You agree that by participating in any or all of the requirements of the competition, you are officially entering this competition and obligates to be bound by the terms and conditions as stated in this document and all other associated rules placed on the official Financer.com posts.
8. Only one entry will be accepted per person\entity unless indicated otherwise by the organizers. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified unless if explicitly mentioned on the contest terms.
9. Opening date for entry is the date the official post is shared on the official corporate social media channels of the promoter unless if indicated otherwise by the organizers. Typically, this day will be within the first week of a calendar month.
10. Closing date for entry will be the last day of each calendar month that the contest is announced, unless if indicated otherwise by the organizers.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
12. The rules on how to enter are explained on the official contest post as shown on the official communication channels of the promoter, which include the official company’s social media accounts or website posts.
13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
14. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
15. The prize is as follows: The prize is as stated on the official contest post, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
16. Multiple winners may be chosen for each given contest. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize and accept the terms to claim the prize within 2 days of being notified (email and/or DM) by our team, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner or/and pick a replacement winner or/and declare the prize and contest as invalid.
17. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by laws of Malta.
20. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material by entering the contest. Each winner is required to submit to us via email their own picture holding the gift, or mentioning the gift within 2 days of it being delivered to their designated address, physical or virtual. The winner also accepts to grant us permission to use any content provided to us for any commercial purpose.
21. By entering the contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. All participants agree to let us share, distribute, edit any content that they provided or shared to our official social media channels including text, images, references, or any other related content.
23. Any reviews provided for any company listed in Financer.com should be genuine and reflect a real customer experience. The entrants will be disqualified if it’s proven that their reviews were not a part of a genuine experience and interaction. Writing any review for any company listed in Financer.com is not a requirement for entering the giveaway. If the entrant decides to write a review that is incentivized by the giveaway, this should be stated in the title of the review.
24. The only mandatory action to participate in the contest(s) is for the entrant to subscribe to Financer.com email list(s). Our email lists have several scopes including marketing, re-marketing, user support, user service, informational newsletters, account settings, privacy information, general requirements, specific user requests, or others. By subscribing to our email lists the entrant agrees that his email will be used for any of the aforementioned scopes as described in this term 24, or for any other reason deemed suitable for Financer.com
25. The promoter retains the rights to cancel or amend the contest terms at any given point, with or without notice.

Forum

User-Generated Content

Financer.com may offer features that allow users to share content, reviews, comments, and opinions on financial topics with other users within the Site or the Financer social media pages, Community Forum (if available), as well as other user discussion forum platforms (collectively, the “Forum”). Your use of the Forum is governed by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Community Guidelines.

i) Forum content is the contributions of independent users not affiliated with Financer.com, whose opinions are their own. Financer.com does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the opinions and advice posted on the Forum. Your use of any user content provided in the Forum is at your own risk.
ii) any content that you post on the Forum must not violate current legislation, including, but not limited to, contain confidential information, commercial secret, personal information, rudeness or discrimination (national, religious, gender, age, etc.)
iii) Financer.com may, but is not required to, monitor Forum content and reserves the right to edit, correct or delete any Forum content for any reason at our sole discretion.
iv) You hereby grant to Financer.com a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable right and license to store, use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit and distribute any content, information or material you submit or post to the Forum, in any medium now in existence or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including commercial uses.
v) We may terminate a user’s access or ability to use the Forum, immediately, without notice, and at our sole discretion, for user’s failure to comply with any terms or conditions of the Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines.

Third-party Services

As we work with many providers it is important that you read the provider’s terms and conditions, and that you agree with them before using any part of their service, or the purchase of any digital product, as they will differ to ours. Once you have used or purchased a product or service, it is important that you check your details match those you provided to us. You should also read all documents issued to you by your selected provider and ensure that you are aware of any levels of cover, financial limits and any other terms that apply. If any information is not correct, it is your responsibility to identify the mistake and correct this with the provider directly.

Companies may change their loan information, such as prices, rates or other information on a regular basis. Please directly contact those companies to get the latest, accurate price for your inquiry. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the prices that will be given to you, and that is why it is necessary to do your own due diligence.

The Services may contain links to third-party sites and other services. Financer.com provides such links as a convenience and does not control or endorse these sites and services. You acknowledge and agree that Financer.com has not reviewed the content, advertising, products, services, or other materials that appear on such third party sites or services, and is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any such content, and shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such third party sites or services.

Account Information

To use the Services you must (i) be at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) have a full legal capacity or a permission from your legal guardian; (iii) have not previously been suspended or removed from the Services; and (iv) register for and use the Services in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Account Registration: To access some features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register for an account, we may ask you to give us certain identifying information about yourself, including but not limited to your email address and other contact information, and to create a username and password (“Registration Information”). When registering for and maintaining an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You also agree not to impersonate anyone, misrepresent any affiliation with anyone else, use false information, or otherwise conceal your identity from Financer.com for any purpose.

You are responsible for your account: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and other Registration Information. For your protection and the protection of other users, we ask you not to share your Registration Information with anyone else. If you do share this information with anyone, we will consider their activities to have been authorized by you.

Financer.com does not bear any responsibility for the leak of your personal information resulting from you sharing Registration Information with any third party or fail to keep the Registration Information private.

Commercial use

This Site is for non-commercial use only, meaning it is only for personal use or for use by a business to seek a product directly for that business only. Unauthorised commercial or bulk use may slow down the speed of the Service we can provide for our customers. We will monitor the use of our Services. If we detect commercial or bulk usage before we have sent the results of our search, we may abort the search. In any event, we reserve the right to act against those using our Service in an unauthorised way, to prevent disruption of our Service to genuine customers, and to recover any losses we suffer.

Termination

If you violate any of the Terms, your permission to use the Services will automatically terminate. In addition, Financer.com in its sole discretion may suspend or terminate your user account and/or suspend or terminate some or all your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice to you. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Customer Service at [email protected]. After your account is terminated, information and content previously provided by you will no longer be accessible through your account, but Financer.com may continue to store such information and content, and it may also be stored by third parties to whom it has been transferred through your use of the Services.

Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libellous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;
Interfere in any way with security-related features of the Services;
Interfere with the operation or any user’s enjoyment of the Services, including by uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code, making unsolicited offers or advertisements to other users, or attempting to collect personal information about users or third parties without their consent;

Financer.com reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms and to impose new or additional Terms or conditions on your use of the Services. Such modifications and additional Terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on the Site and incorporated into these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes to the Terms, including, but not limited to, by posting a notice to our Site or by sending an email to any address you may have provided to us. Your continued use of the Services following notice will be deemed acceptance of any modifications to the Terms.

Modification of the Services

Financer.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all the Services at any time without any notice or further obligation to you. You agree that Financer.com will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any of the Services.

Warranties & Liability

Disclaimers of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis, without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied. Although Financer.com seeks to maintain safe, secure, accurate, and well-functioning Services, we cannot guarantee the continuous operation of or access to our Services, and there may at times be inadvertent technical or factual errors or inaccuracies.

Financer.com specifically (but without limitation) disclaims (i) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement; and (ii) any warranties arising out of course-of-dealing, usage, or trade. You assume all risk for any/all damages that may result from your use of or access to the Services. Financer.com is not responsible for the loss of, damage to, or unavailability of any information you have made available through the Services, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have backup copies of any information you have made available through the Services.

b) No Guarantee of Accuracy.

Financer.com does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims all liability for, any errors or other inaccuracies in the information, content, recommendations, and materials made available through the Services.

c) Services Provided for Informational Purposes.

The information provided through the Services is provided solely for informational, educational, or entertainment purposes. Financer.com and the Services are not endorsed by or affiliated with FINRA, and Financer.com is not a financial institution or insurance provider. Financer.com makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the results or savings that may be obtained using the Services. d) No Warranties Regarding Third Parties.

Financer.com makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding any third-party service or advice provided by a third party, or any quotes or offers provided through the Services. Financer.com does not endorse any advisor or other third party. Financer.com acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers and expressly disclaims any and all liability for any content, products, or services provided by such service providers. See Section “Third Party Services” above, for more information regarding third parties and third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Financer.com be liable to you for any incidental, special, consequential, direct, indirect, or punitive damages, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, whether or not Financer.com has been informed of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or limitation of liability in certain circumstances. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

In any case, the amount of liability of Financer.com before you shall not exceed the amount of money received by Financer.com from you within the last 12 (twelve) months (if any).

You understand that by entering into this agreement, you and Financer.com are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

Indemnification

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of the Services, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Financer.com from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ and accounting fees and costs), arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to, use of, or alleged use of the Services; (ii) your violation of the Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right; or (iv) your use of third-party services and\or any disputes or issues between you and any third party. Financer.com reserves the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

Disputes

If you wish to raise a formal dispute, you can do so through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution procedure. This procedure will help you to access the appropriate dispute resolution body. Financer.com cannot accept liability for errors made by the selected provider or answer complaints on their behalf. The procedure of the dispute shall be in accordance with the European Commission’s then-current regulation, and the language of the proceeding shall be English.

These Terms and any dispute regarding these Terms (including, without limitation, its validity, execution, interpretation, termination, etc.) shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of Malta.

Terms Remarks

a) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and Financer.com regarding your use of and access to the Services.

b) No Waiver

The failure to require performance of any provision shall not affect our right to require performance at any time thereafter, nor shall a waiver of any breach or default of the Terms constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default or a waiver of the provision itself.

c) Document Format

Use of paragraph headers or other formatting options in the Terms is for convenience only and shall not have any impact on the interpretation of provisions, unless otherwise directly provided in these Terms.

d) Severability

If any part of the Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the unenforceable part shall be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.

e) Conclusion

These Terms are published on the Website of Financer.com, and are deemed as public offers available to each user, who meets the requirements herein. By accessing any part of the Site or Service of the Financer.com the user accepts this offer, and no further document needs to be executed (either in paper, or electronic form) in order to confirm that.

Language of the Terms

The language of the entire Terms documents, including the Privacy Policy is English. Where Financer.com has provided a translation of the English version of any part of the Terms, you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language version of the Terms will govern your relationship with us and the services that we provide to you. If there is any discrepancies between the English language version of the Terms and its translation, then the English language version shall prevail.
